Back to School Shoes for the Family

I absolutely love transitioning summer wardrobes to fall,  especially for my boys. We got a glimpse of gorgeous breezy weather a few days ago, and took full advantage of having the boys try out their new back to school shoes from Payless Shoes. It made me excited for cooler temps and the gorgeous leaves this upcoming season brings. Then it hit about 11 o'clockam, and we had to grab the boys shorts from in the car. It was just too darn hot for jeans and layers! Haha! I love these simple cognac booties, perfect for fall transition. I plan on wearing them with an olive shirtdress and this floppy wool hat until temps cool down a bit. I've almost boughten almost identical versions of these shoes for over $100, and couldn't believe they were only $35! Such a steal, and something ill wear all fall/winter long. Not to mention, I was pretty impressed with the boys shoes as well. They will look so cute paired with their new fall clothes, I just can't wait.

Alaska in the Summer

Alaska is absolutely beautiful. There were so many times I thought, "my goodness, this is so beautiful I should take a picture." The images never quite did the scenery justice, and the mountains are simply majestic and so much more beautiful in person. My husband and I made a list of the things we wanted to do most while in Alaska. Top on my list was going to Eklutna Lake. We stopped by a couple years ago in October and it was freezing. Even though there was snow on the ground and ice on the lake, it was still overwhelmingly gorgeous. I could only imagine how it would look in the summer. Boy did it not disappoint. Stunning aqua blue water surrounding  giant and marvelous mountains.

While there, the temperature never got over 65 degrees, which was great for me because I was able to wear all of my new fall clothes. This open front cardigan I love so much is finally back in stock in multiple colors. I own 3 colors now, and know they will be a fall and winter staple.

I hope you love this fall looks as much as I do. Thanks for stopping by!

XOXO

Beat the Heat with Babble Boxx

The past few weeks here in Jersey have been brutally hot. So much so, that I have to carry around a water bottle everywhere I go. So, as you can imagine; I was pleasantly surprised when my new Babble Boxx arrived, full of summer goodies made to beat the heat! From fruity drinks, flirty fragrances, to the cutest summer shades of nail polish. It was love at first sight!

My favorite of them all was this Vichy Aqualia Thermal Water Moisturizing Gel. I had heard such great things, and couldn't wait to give it a try. The ultra-light cooling water gel moisturizer combines Vichy Mineralizing Thermal Water, with 48-hr Dynamic Hydration. It left my skin moisturized and feeling radiant and healthy. It’s lightweight, oil-free makes it perfect for the summer months.

Right now you can get 20% off + Free Shipping. Must enter promotion code: BABBLE at checkout. Offer valid through 11:59pm PST, 08/15/2016. Offer cannot be combined with other discounts or gift sets.

Next was the new fragrance Tempting by Sofia Vergara. Let me tell you, it smells amazing and I may have to wear it every day now. I call this my new "flirty" fragrance because its fruity meets fresh floriental.

One of my favorite things to do during my free time in the summer, is sit outside while the kids play and paint my nails. It helps me feel like I'm doing something to take care of myself, and in the end I get really pretty nails! I've been a huge fan of Butter London nail polish, so I was thrilled these were included in my BabbleBox. The new Lost in Leisure Laquer Set has the most beautiful colors with high shine finish, and chip resistant wear.

You can get 20% off your first purchase at butterlondon.com with code: BabbleBoxx2016

You all know how much I love Nads Exfoliating Body Wax Strips. I was able to get perfectly smooth legs for our vacation early this summer, all in the comfort of my own home.

To top it all off, I have these LaCroix Curate Melon Pomelo drinks to sip on during these hot summer days. These sparkling drinks are100% natural; with zero sugars, calories, and sodium. They are the perfect alternative to my usual Colas and Diet Colas.

I hope you all love these summer goodies as much as I have. Thanks for stopping by!

XOXO
